27 May, 2010 the Victorian Ombudsman released a report on the State's Child Protection System.

ABC Stateline Victoria covered this story and we coordinated the interviews with the CEO of CREATE, Jacqui Reed, and a young person, Kimmy, who has first hand experience with the care system.
