GIRLFRIEND SPREADS THE WORD...

19 year old Rachel grew up in over 30 different homes across Victoria. Today over 34,000 children and young people live in out of home care (i.e. foster, residential and kinship care). August issue of Girlfriend magazine features Rachel's personal story (p58).
